Welcome to 6th Grade Math at SVMS!
I’m excited to partner with students as they grow into confident problem solvers this year. In our class, we’ll build a strong foundation in math through hands-on activities, real-world applications, and lots of collaboration. Students are expected to give their best effort each day!

Supplies needed for 6th Grade Math:

1-inch binder to organize and store notes

1 package of lined notebook paper

Pencils (mechanical or standard – please keep extras on hand)

Dry erase markers (Expo preferred)
These supplies are for students’ personal use during class. Students will be responsible for keeping up with their own materials throughout the school year.
Class Resources:
Weekly slides will be posted in Google Classroom and will include notes, assignments, helpful links, and announcements. Staying organized and checking these regularly will help students stay on track and feel confident in their learning.
