I’m Mrs. Coon!

For the 2026–2027 school year, I am so excited to have such a well-rounded schedule! I teach Reading Strategies, MTA Dyslexia Instruction, and one 6th Grade ELA class. In Reading Strategies and MTA, I help students build confidence and strengthen their reading, spelling, and literacy skills through engaging, structured instruction. In 6th Grade ELA, students will explore literature, writing, vocabulary, and language skills while developing a love of reading and learning. I look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growing, and celebrating the unique strengths of each of my students!
