IMPORTANT INFORMANTION FOR STUDENTS:
Your Student ID number is on your schedule. Memorize it!
You are not allowed to use your cellphone during school hours. If your phone is seen, it may be picked up by a teacher and taken to the front office. The first time, you will be allowed to pick it up after school. The second time, a parent will have to come pick it up.
You may turn your phone on after school to wait for your parent(s) to call or text you to go outside.
Use the time in Advisory to help you get homework done. Check your grades online at least twice a week. You are allowed to request to see another teacher for help during Advisory on Wednesdays and Fridays.
All teachers offer tutoring before school or after school. If you would like some help from them, please talk to them about scheduling a time you may come in for tutoring.
If you are absent, be sure you get a note from your parent/guardian or your doctor/dentist and bring it to school so that your absence may be excused. The excuse will give you one extra day to complete your work and turn it in. If you do NOT bring in an excuse, any work you turn in will be counted late and points will be deducted.
If you need to call your parents, go to the front office and ask to use the phone.
If you need to see your counselor, you may go during an elective period or during Advisory with your teacher’s permission.

They can help you with most anything, including classes, grades, course selection, thoughts on future jobs, help with conflicts, etc.
If you need help specifically with conflict resolution or emotions, and your counselor is unavailable, you may see Ms. Fisher, our Student Support Specialist, in the library.
